We will meet & greet at the club Vinnustofa Kjarval in downtown Reykjavík. It’s an exclusive club and the door requires a PIN to get in. The door is left of the Vínbúðin liquor store. Meet on the 5th floor to the left of the bar and through the door.

Thursday - Conference + Evening trip
We meet at 8:30 at Hotel Reykjavík EDITION. Conference is until 15:00 and then we leave for a evening sightseeing trip in the south of Iceland that ends with a dinner at Friðheimar geothermal restaurant. Working lunches and coffee break refreshments included.
Friday - Conference
We meet at 9:00 for a conference at Hotel Reykjavik Edition until 15:30. Working lunches and coffee break refreshments included. Free time after that.
